Services described
Content on this site describes employment consulting and career transition advisory for mid-career and 50+ professionals in Germany. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we confirm dates and fees in writing (email is sufficient).
No employment guarantee
We provide advisory services, document feedback, and interview rehearsal. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. We do not act as a recruitment agency placing candidates into vacancies for a placement fee unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Not legal or tax advice
Guidance on notice periods, redundancy timing, or questions to raise with counsel is educational and organisational. It is not Rechtsberatung or tax advice. You remain responsible for consulting qualified professionals for legal and tax matters.
Intellectual property
Website text, visual design, and downloadable materials we create remain our intellectual property unless a written engagement assigns specific work product to you. Client documents you supply remain yours. You may keep materials prepared specifically for your engagement for personal use; you may not resell or republish them as a product.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful or abusive content through forms, or scrape the site for commercial datasets.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from career decisions you make after advisory sessions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health.
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may be updated without prior notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (DE). Courts in the applicable jurisdiction for our registered place of business shall have competence where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
