- Contact form submissions: name, email, consultation preference, timing notes, and message content
- Engagement records: notes from sessions, documents you share (e.g. Lebenslauf drafts), and billing details

Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to consultation requests (legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps prior to contract). Engagement data is processed to perform the advisory contract. Cookie preferences are stored to honour your choice. Where we rely on consent (for optional analytics cookies), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
Retention
Inquiry messages that do not become engagements are typically deleted or anonymised within 18 months. Engagement files are retained for up to 10 years where needed for commercial and tax record-keeping under German rules, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage or change your preference.
Recipients
We do not sell personal data. Processors may include email and hosting providers located in the EU. Documents you share are not used for marketing lists.
International transfers
Where a processor stores data outside the European Economic Area, we require appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, unless an exemption under GDPR applies.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in DE (for example the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht for Bavaria-related matters) or your place of residence.
Children
Our services are directed to working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
